Born to Iranian parents, living and traveling through various countries, my childhood was measured in flavors. My mum's saffron Joojeh, the spicy Tandoori in Mumbai or the fire-grilled Kebabs from Lebanon to Istanbul. Every meal told a story I couldn't forget.

Those tastes were nowhere to be found on this side of the ocean. So I started cooking them myself, chasing memories until they tasted like the real thing.
